At The Harper Label, our mission is to make you feel confident and comfortable — and that includes making sure your order gets to you smoothly and you’re happy with your purchase.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns on full-priced items within 20 days of the shipping date.
Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Free from stains, makeup or odours (like deodorant or perfume)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit to use on your next purchase.
To request a return, please email us at info@theharperlabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll then provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that’s faulty, please contact us within 14 days of shipping. Once inspected and deemed faulty, we’ll happily replace the item free of charge.
If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit instead.
Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos so we can sort it out for you quickly.
